XBL thinking of F2P

Well thats pretty much it but there is a catch its only for some games and those games would be like what we all know as COD elite with a basic level then another level for paid users or like World of Tanks. So micro-payment games. What do you guys think?

That is pretty cool. I like free to play with the chance to pay for upgrades. It is a win win for the developers and gamers.

I find it the opposite because developers can make it so that the only chance you have to have fun would be to purchase something think about it like COD if you only had pistols and a skorpion but those who paid got to use RPGs and AK47s

If they do make it F2P i am sure they have something in mind to make money from the online other than microsoft points.

Speaking of MS Points... They are like buying hotdog buns and hot dogs. You never get enough dogs to fill the buns so you have to buy two packs of hot dogs and then you have too many wieners. LOL

I'm not really sure how this would go, I prefer Microsoft's online service to Sony's, we pay for the speed and such

Maybe the developers should choose if there games are f2p or not, maybe only co-op mode for f2p

Yeah that would be a good idea. Although I bet almost all developers would then have to make it f2p or no one would even buy it because of the competition. I think they should make everything free or just keep it how it is.
