Expressing Freedom of "Speach" - Xbox Gamer gets banned!
He gets banned and learns a harsh lesson about Freedom of Speech.
He should also learn that all caps is rude.

Read the second pic. The Xbox management guy refers to some pm or email where the member harrassed or used racially charged hateful language. But there's nothing about that in the first pic. I'm guessing there is a missing pm or email that is not on display here. First amendment free speech is one thing, but sending hate mail is another. I suspect the member didn't actually get banned for his loathing of the US President but for some other sneaky email he sent to someone that got him in trouble.
