My vote:
Battlefield: Bad Company 2 is much better than CoD MW2
BF2 is NOT better than CoD
As for Black Ops, not sure yet. I haven't played it.

I prefer Call of duty, but i would as i am a lot more usedto it.

Call of Duty, especially the Modern Warfare series, is better than Battlefield. Like Jordan said though, Bad Company 2 is better than MW2 though.

If you'd asked me a couple of days ago I'd have said COD hands down but I just got given Bad Company 2 and the destructible environment/character interplay etc is fantastic and also the vehicle missions are a lot of fun.
So, if pressed, I'd probably say BC2

On the PC, I'm a fan of BF. Though call of duty isn't bad either, though I prefer flying around with jets over a pure Ego-Shooter.

I agree. On PC BF would be better, but on a console I would go with call of duty.
