Thread: New XBox 360 Menu

What do you think of the new Xbox 360 menu? I like it but it seems to me like it is a lot like the PS3 menu now. Your impressions?

I like it. I think it is really cool compared to the previous menu. It does look closer to the ps3 menu though.

Ehh, don't really care either way. I haven't liked the 360 dashboard for a number of updates now and this one seems a bit better than the last one but ultimately I spend more time playing games than browsing menus so it doesn't affect me all that much.

I like the new Xbox menu and I think that it was about to for a change. Even though I love the PS3 and the XMB the 360 is next up as my favorite gaming console menu.

I like it. I think it is easier then ever to find what your looking for. Before it took me forever it seems to move around all the different little screens. Plus now I can use my connect to get me where I want even quicker as well.

I really like the new Xbox Dashboard! It's easier to navigate than the old one and looks alot more sleek - it's like a mini preview of Windows 8 (which has a desktop like the xbox dashboard)!

I love how it gives my kinect more uses - I can use bing to voice search through games and movies, etc...

I have shown off the voice control feature to just about all my friends, lol. It makes me feel like I am in some sci-fi future film. Kind of corny huh? I have heard rumors have a kinect 2 already, I can't believe how quickly technology is advancing.

Is it me or does the new dashboard take about 4 times longer to sign in to xbox live? :/

I've not noticed any difference in sign-in time although it seems like it takes longer in general for the new dashboard to load.

I think xbox has been having some problems lately anyways. It seems the cloud isn't working right so I moved all my saved games back to my hard drive until they get this fixed.
