Nope. You can open it at the same in a browser, but it's not compatible with WoW itself. Is there something specific you'd want it for? Because there are a lot of addons that will contain data you can get from wowhead, like atlasloot for gear and carbonite for quest help.

    1. Install Steam. You can download it for free from steam official site.
    2. Add a shortcut to WoW to your steam My Games tab. (Click Games->Add a non-Steam Game to My Games List, then wait for WoW to show up in the Choose Application dialog and add it).
    3. Launch WoW through Steam, click the My Games tab and launch WoW. You must launch through here or the steam functionality will not be available in game.

While in game you can now press Shift-Tab to go to the steam menu within WoW, from here click web and it will open a web-browser, just enter the wowhead url and you are done.
Note: I haven't tried this, so I'm not 100% sure that it will work, but IT SHOULD work. Also know that you have to use shift+tab an we all know that we use those buttons for other things in wow, which might be unpleasent. Nothing major, but still... be warned; )
