    Doubt it. Probably not.

    I even found this online:
    No, You NEED a standard SD Card, Up to 2GB, to softmod your Wii, SDHC Cards will NOT work.
    After you softmod your Wii, you can use a Fat32 formated SDHC Card or USB Device for Homebrew apps & emulators.
