I think there aren't notable less people online. There are still many people playing the game.

Its hard to tell, since there are no people-counters displayed, but I have no delayes when "looking for players" in multiplayer and all my old friends I've met through the game are still playing

Yeah, I think saying that SC is dying is a bit overreaction.
