No. A WC3 map would have to be ported over because it uses hooks and entities that only exist in WC3 and not Starcraft II. Blizzard would have to use some kind of universal map container format for that to work and that's difficult to do when they have games that are many years old.
You can also port over WC3 content into Starcraft II entities but they will not simply import as they are.
