Ok so i couldn't find a exact speed for Bnet Downloads. But if I remember right. The downloading process is P2P so depending on how many other users are downloading it shouldn't take very long at all, not for 20MB. But this all depends on your internet connection. If you have dial up its going to take a while. If your getting slow speed check out Bnets slow download speed troubleshooting guide
