Thread: Do you use a gamer headset while playing Runescape?

If you're not talking to your clan or RS friends on Skype or Google + chat while playing Runescape, you're really missing out on a cool experience. It's a fun way to game hands-free.

Well, I will use if i need to talk to someone. But do I need to use when i play alone?

That makes sense actually. And, sure you would not use when playing a game alone. I like to get the most out of the social aspect of gaming, whatever game it is. Friends in-game keep me coming back to a game even when i'm frustrated with the game play experience and eventually i work through the issues and start liking the game again.

That's nice. So my answer is NO then.

hehe! I just reread what you said. I thought you said, "I don't use when i'm gaming alone." For some reason my brain mixed the words up to read that you don't do that. And, yeah that wouldn't make sense if you did. I don't guess anyone does talk to other gamers when gaming alone, who would they be talking to? Good point you make.

That's a big disappointment cause those headsets can be very expensive. Even standard earphones can be well over $100. Actually a friend of mine got Skull Candy for $179 as a Christmas gift. Nice, huh?

Nah, I buy much cheaper ones.
