PSP battery... Please give me suggestion.
Guys, please help me out. My psp is dead yesterday.
I don't understand the problem. I was watching a movie on it, Suddenly it shuts down. Then i tried to turn it on, but no response. What could be the possible problem?

I don't think this is only the battery problem. There may be some problems with the circuits. Visit to a mechanic, i think he will give you a better solution.

If it were your battery it would have shown signs of going bad prior. Did the battery only last a couple of minutes? Did it indicate you had more time left on the battery than you actually had?

Maybe you didn't charge your psp. hahahaha. charge it first. maybe it just went into low battery.

If charging it back up doesn't work, the battery is broken. In that case, buy yourself a new one and slap it in. The PSP uses a battery similar to the DS, meaning it can be charged up several times before it eventually gives out altogether. Once it does, you gotta replace it.

Check the cable housings at key connect points when it is plugged in. Is one area getting warm? is it frayed? A radio fixer might be able to open up the guts and see what zigged instead of zagged. Old school: try squeezing and massaging the box with pressure gently from all angles. Maybe a connection is drying up and need to be rejazzed.

hmm mine has done this aswell i have to use it with the power supply on aswell
