Does that invalidate the warranty? Does it draw excess electricity and make it overheat?

usually PSP's here in our country does not have warranties because most people often choose to buy 2nd hand ones..

and on your 2nd question, so far.. there's no negative feedbacks about their modded psp so i think it's doesn't..

it does not even consume a lot of battery power.. less than 1% only is consumed because it is LED.. and we know that LEDs consumes low power..

what is hard modding ? as a whole is it just modding the hardware as apose to the software, sorry im a noob at this type of thing ...
