Thread: PS Vita, anyone getting it?

The PS Vita is close to be released and I was wondering who here plans to get themselves one immediately at release? I've been thinking about getting myself one for a while now, but I'm not the biggest fan of portable gaming and the PSP hasn't always been my favorite handheld console. I know the vita looks impressive and wonderful and I Know it could be one of the best handheld consoles around.

But yeah, who plans to get one and when?

I'm thinking of getting one too, but not on the day of release. I'm content enough to wait a few months until the price drops. But it's an impressive looking console, I imagine a lot of people, especially PlayStation users will be getting one or at least thinking of getting one.

I haven't purchased MW3 yet. I heard it was just MW2...

I most likely will not be getting one. Not much on the portable games like this.

I'll get one, maybe 2 years after the official release, or once they stopped producing PSP games.

I'm going to purchase one when it comes out. I'm getting a 3G one because I'm not a big fan of having to keep finding hotspots to connect to the internet. I can't wait til it comes out though, I'm really in need of a portable gaming console update.

I already have a PSP, and though the Vita looks packed with a lot of awesome features, I will probably wait for at least around one year before going for it. Planning to wait and let some people buy it, try it, and review it. Also,waiting until the prices drop, and if possible, will try it out once at least, before actually buying it.

I've been looking at it. It looks good, but I don't think it's anything amazing. It is a cool portable console, but I can't really be bothered getting it to be honest.

Yeah, maybe. If i could afford it. I have two or three other really big electronics purchases to make including a NEW computer. So probably it will wait a year of so.
