Really? What about people who sued McDonalds for getting them fat and made money out of that? Individuals can abuse big corporations too so it could be worth it.

My point exactly. Big corporate entities can be sued, no matter how globally powerful they may be, but you have to be very sure that you have at least a good legal argument to start with, and even then you will need to have a good (and expensive) lawyer or team of lawyers to present your case in court.

I agree very much but sadly people don't think like we do. I personally don't have any type of grudge against Sony (especially after the "welcome back" package was introduced to me). I think they've done all that they could have done and even a little more.
