Thread: Playstation Store: An error has occurred. (80023102).

When I try to access the playstation store, I get this error:

An error has occurred. (80023102).

What is this??

Do you continue to get this error? I suggest turning off the PS3 and back on again, then see if you get it.

Try again the next day. I forwarded this issue to a friend and he told me that it should be fine after sometime.
Just be patient and wait.

Its probably just down for mantinence.

not often but it sucks when you get home and all you want to do is play and you get that message... amkes your heart sink a little >.>

It's really bad. But then, you can find some alternatives online.

I've been getting this same message for over a month. I've been trying to by CoD Elite Premium and this error shows up every time. I've tried on over 10 separate occasions.

Have you tried contacting Sony about it?

I read on another forum that one thing you can try (if you get the error when trying to purchase things) is retyping your billing information or card number.

I'm not sure if it works or not. It seemed to work about 50/50 for the people in that thread.
