What is Playstation Move?

What is Playstation Move? How is it different from the regular PlayStation console?

Playstation move is an addon to the PS3 which makes it like the Wii with motion controllers. It has a camera and... it sucks. Waste of money and the games are crap.

So it's just an add-on peripheral for the PS3. And not similar to Xbox Kinect...

It's a bit similar..it's the same idea, except the Kinect is waaaaay better

How was it better? Kinect is a different console than the regular Xbox right? So it means, more purchase?

The PS3 move is more crap to make you waste your money on. It is horrible. It doesn't pick up movement, the FPS shooter games suck because they don't keep the crosshairs centered, etc.
