Final Fantasy VII Question

I need to find the Lunar Harp on FF VII. I know to go to the upper level but how do I get up the ladder?

Press X in front of it, or press SELECT first to show the arrow icons to know where exactly to stand.

Final Fantasy VII looks kind of poor graphically playing it on the PS3 but it's still an excellent game, I got it, Final Fantasy VIII, and IX off the PS Store a while ago but never get time to play them all.

Because it's originally released for the Playstation One. But still, one of the best RPGs released... \m/
