Check out that website The Emulator Zone - Sega Dreamcast Emulators which contains some couple of Dreamcast emulators and if you want my advice go for Chankast because it's very simple and very easy to use.

Sure its a risk, but they can count on my money :P
They should do some research adn try and give it a go, im sure nostalgiac people will buy it, and probably even people who've never heard of it before, if the gameplay is goodAutomated Ad: I will Give You Ready to Use GIGS for $15

If they could just remaster it like Xbox did with Beyond Good and Evil that was re-released for Xbox360 just with improved graphics and then release the 3rd game, that might be the best solution.

Well I tried before but when I did I usually got bad emulators. Maybe now they just got better.

Yes this one works pretty smoothly. My configuration is better as well now.
