Thread: Batman Arkham City

Hey guys, anybody tried out Batman Arkham City yet? It is out for the PC, and I heard it has got near perfect reviews! I have heard that they actually managed to make Arkham Asylum better, and having played Arkham Asylum, I couldn't quite think that would have been possible. Arkham Asylum was awesome in terms of graphics, gameplay, combat, just about everthing! And of course, its Batman we are talking about here, my favorite super hero!

I've been looking forward to it for a while, but due to Skyrim i haven't gotten a chance to play it yet.

It is an awesome game. My friend let me borrow it last weekend for a day and I loved it. May have to buy it myself.

I will be picking this up when the price for a used copy goes down a bit. I'm cheap and broke at the moment. Is it better than Arkham Asylum? (I would guess yes). I tried finding a demo in the PlayStation store and they don't have one up :/ Pretty lame.

It is definitely better, the graphics are simply amazing, the combat is even more difficult than Arkham Asylum, and more interesting too! Apart from that, you have side quests where you can play as Cat Woman, am not really fond of that part though. Also, the number of Riddler's riddles are almost double than what were there in Arkham Asylum. There is no way you should miss this!

Just stepped by to say THIS GAME IS BRILLIANT. The gameplay, the graphics, the characters (I am a huge DC fan and I can't be more pleased), the size of the map... Everything. Maybe it is just my overreaction cause I am huge "overhype-...er(? )".
