Thread: Super Sentai Battle: Ranger Cross

Super Sentai Battle: Ranger Cross is the first Super Sentai game in the last 9 years, the last being the PlayStation One game for Ninpuu Sentai Hurricaneger. The game can be played by one to two players on a Musou-like gameplay.

In Super Sentai Battle: Ranger Cross, unfortunately, only FIVE Super Sentai teams are gathered namely Gokaiger, Goseiger, Shinkenger, Go-onger and Goranger. Players first fight the villain on foot and if you have already beaten it, you must fight his giant form with your team's mecha.

Looks like a decent game with some good graphics. Not really much for the power rangers though.

Can't blame you there. Power Rangers is more popular in Western countries than the original, Super Sentai series...

Yeah it seems that the Power Rangers were in several years ago. I remember my nephews loving them.

But Super Sentai existed way before Power Rangers did.

Really it did? I never knew that. Maybe that was why the powerrangers were so successful.

Yep. Super Sentai started way back in the 1970's and this year is their 35th Anniversary.
The first Super Sentai series that was addapted by Power Rangers is Zyuranger.

I never knew they had this stuff out in the 70's. It does not seem possible. But it is cool that it has been around for that long.
