Re: Nintendo 3Ds no glassed 3d gaming
I think the 3Ds is a pretty good step in the direction by Nintendo. I mean no 3D glasses for 3D gaming, pretty cool! They might make another DS which has even more innovative features.

Re: Nintendo 3Ds no glassed 3d gaming
I would say this is an okay system, the 3D thing is kinda cool, but it really strains your eyes.

I heard that the new 3DS really hurts the eyes, even if you can play games without 3D glasses when you're done playing, the eyes really start to hurt.

Re: Nintendo 3Ds no glassed 3d gaming
You know I haven't heard a lot about this system. There's a lot of speculation still about if 3D TV's and 3D gaming will be successful and this system has a high chance of flopping with not many game releases. What do you guys think, will it be a hit handheld? Can Nintendo make the cursed 3D genre successful?

Re: Nintendo 3Ds no glassed 3d gaming
From what I've heard, the 3D effect is really gimmicky and is no where near as convincing as the effect in movies.
That's understandable as this is still fairly new technology, but it's still a disappointment.
I also heard that to see the 3D, you must look at the screen straight-on. That means no sharing the picture or video with a friend.

I heard everything that you guys said, but, in some web pages, I read completely different stuff. That it is great and no dissapointment. Just I can't find that pages.
