Thread: Your favorite SNES game?

Your favorite SNES game? Mine was Super Mario World. The version with Yoshi, 2 player mode and star world. How about you what was your favorite SNES game?

Contra. The best game in my childhood.

Contra was a great game! It was one of my favorites as well. Metroid was great too.

I haven't got a chance to play Metroid on the SNES. How was it like?

I have lots of favorite during SNES days. Here's the list:

• Super Mario
• Killer Instinct
• Street Fighter II
• Super Bomberman 3
• Tetris Attack
• Harvest Moon

That would be all.

Tetris Attack? How can it be different on a normal Tetris game?

Metroid on the original Nes was hard but it was a lot of fun. Especially the revelation of what Samus really was. Plus the secret code to play Samus without any armor!

But my favorite nes game wasn't Metroid. It was Mike Tyson's Punchout!

Fighting Mike Tyson was super hard because one of his punches would knock you down. This always made my heart pump and kept me on my toes.

This is the only SNES game I ever liked. That and the super mario games of course.

I didn't know that. What's the advantage or disadvantage of using an unarmored Samus?

Secret of Mana was one of the best snes games of its time in my opinion and sits at the top of my list.
