    Default The Wii Fit

What does everyone think of the Wii fit? Personally I think it is a great invention. I love it.

The reason that I love it is because it is a great way to get some exercise. And we all need that. But yet at the same time it does not feel like exercise. You are having fun doing it.

Also while on this subject, has anyone lost any weight using the Wii fit? I have not lost any yet but I do feel better about myself.

Never used it but it seems pretty cool. If I wanted to exercise though, I'd go to the gym.

Me too i have never tried it but it really looks like a very great way of entertainment even if you don't lose a lot of weight on it, and i have to admit that it's very fun to play with it.

I have it, I used it a lot before and If you want to lose weight with it you have to learn to get over looking silly playing the games. I managed to lose around 5 pounds in like a week and a half but I was playing it everyday for like 2 hours so yeah it works.

I have Wii Fit, and I love it. It's the only exercise that I like to do. I don't really want to lose weight, but I don't like being lazy around my house. That's why I love Wii Fit, because you are getting exercise, but it doesn't feel like exercise. The only problem is sometimes I get easily bored from the Wii Fit.

Is the outcome visible? I mean, do you really lose weight and stay fit?

I agree with what Draven has just said because it isn't like real running and jogging, well yeah you can use it to lose some weight but it's not very effective.

Does it at least keep your fitness level? You know what I mean... getting fat prevention?

Well to be honest there is nothing better than jogging and exercising, but the Wii Fit can really help a little bit burning some few calories.
