Have you ever with the Wii?

I have never done this but when my brother in law got the Wii he was playing golf or tennis. Anyway he let go of the controller and it made a dent in their wall. Have you ever done this?

I haven't done that yet haha. I use the wrist strap for those kinds of games. There are so many videos on youtube where people destroy everything. Its kind of funny but I always feel bad if they throw the remote through a flatscreen TV.

hard telling where his wrist strap was. He was probably so excited that he got the WII that he forgot to use it.

I've luckily never damaged anything. I have thrown it a couple of times by accident. Just sort of slipped from my hand. They do have that wrist strap for a reason. You'd think I'd get better at using it. lol.

Nope, never done that. Although I have heard many stories similar to yours.
When I first got the Wii I ALWAYS used the wrist strap even if it didn't involve motion like when I'm playing Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Recently though, I've gotten too lazy to put it on and off all the time so now I only use it in motion-intense games like tennis in Wii Sports. I also heard the very reason why Nintendo made the wrist strap was to avoid incidents like your brother in law.

Yes... I have done that, I was playing bowling and I didn't have the wrist strap on, it just seemed to slip out of my hand... That was not the best choice of mine, and, those remotes are so expensive on top of the cost of cosmetic repairs to my wall I decided I'm going to wear the wrist strap from now on...
