Thread: Are there any good private servers for Minecraft?

Very difficult to find a high quality Minecraft server (for new Minecraft not classic).

Do you know of any private servers that are open without whitelisting or prior approval needed to login? If so, please share the link.

I would love to help, but on this matter, I really can't. Hope someone will answer soon.

Thank you! I hope so too. In the meantime, a friend found a cool server we are using now and have a faction of our own, with our own land/house and small community. I'm always looking for more servers though, cause if this one goes down, there won't be any other options than public classic Minecraft servers. And, those are usually limited to building, not survival/community.

I don't think you can really play MC online without the retail. My bro always moaned that he needed an original MC so he could play online.

Actually, i'm really bummed cause the great Minecraft server we were using got whitelisted, which means you have to be registered and gain approval before you can use. But i have no clue where to go to register. This was the perfect server. Hardly any players, no griefing, plenty of land to claim a faction. The best ever. We got lucky that first time. Now it's nothing but pvp kill MC servers, no land except barren desert or water and you can't farm there. Also, mods/admins who kill players to take their stuff. Sad now.

Hope we find another really good Minecraft server soon.

Try on Minecraft forums. You can find even Zelda server (adventurecraft mod) where you have pretty much a Minecraft RPG game.

Is that Legend of Zelda? Have played that game in the past but not on a server. It's really fun. Thanks for the recommendation on the Minecraft forum, had not been there yet.

There are so many servers that are brilliant or upcoming. You have building servers, standard servers, adventuring servers... Pretty nice.
I won't even mention the amount of maps that are daily uploaded there.
