Thread: [Gamer Opinion]What is your *Close to Perfect* Character Build? (on mmorpg)

I've been playing mmo for quite a while now, but my choice is pretty much limited to side scrolling, i prefer to engage myself on the keyboard,~

i tried to play valiant. this game lets me have different kinds of weapon (2 or 3)..
basically there are 3 main base character, the Melee(merdia), the Mage(valhalla) and the Archer(dahn).. that will be your base character and you can let your char have another job class weapon.

eg. my first build was a Merdia + and a Bow as my second weapon.. high def + hig crit, thats badasz. :3
or i can be a magician with melee defense.


im pretty much excited to have the perfect char <3
since the open beta is near! i would like to be sure i am ready by then~


character info:
Merdia [sword and shield]
Valhalla [mage]
Dahn [archer]
+Warhorn [musical buff]
+Double handed sword [melee strength type]

What's the game like?

pretty much your basic dose of mmo, interface, quest, story line.. but what i really liked about it, was the weapon system..

btw which do you prefer, a melee or a long range char?

I prefer long ranged.

same, long ranged character, i dont want just to bash my opponents with skills.
not that all melees does that..*
hmm. long range here have a special ability.. and its dodge *tumbling backwards* it can evade even skills, and melees have deflect *ignore attack =)) lol*

you cant have dodge if you use Merdia class + bow. because your main character have deflect.
and vice versa, you cant use deflect if you have a Dahn character + sword & shield.

so even if you have the same weapon.
char 1 : Merdia + bow = sword&shield + bow ; special ability: DEFLECT

char 2: Dahn + sword&shield = sword&shield + bow ; special ability: DODGE

hmm. i would prefer primary characters with guard abilities. it's best for PvE and benefits a lot from boss encounters. trust me. lol
