Working out with Kinect
Hey guys, I've yet to officially own a kinect, but one day I plan to get one. Anyways I was wondering if it's great for working out. Normally when I see a video game for working out I usually hate the game, mainly because 1) it doesn't work and 2) they tend to not be so fun.
Anyways I currently do P90 as a main workout and I'd like to get kinect and do a cardio based workout if possible. Just dance seems nice and all, but I doubt I can keep up with that.Automated Ad: I will Add Your Site to 600+ Social Bookmarking Site for $20

Re: Working out with Kinect
This girl looks like she's having some fun playing Zumba. I'm having fun watching her.
Personally I'm more interested in Kinect for when the more serious games come out, and also there are non-game uses that really interest me.

Wow, that girl is having a lot of fun! haha
Bremaine- Did you ever get into any workout type stuff with Kinect? I just got a Kinect and got Your Shape 2012. You said you one of your concerns was keeping up, that's why I want to use Kinect for workout stuff is because I have trouble keeping up with DVDs.Automated Ad: I will Get Strong 500 EDU Links for Your Website or Blog for $15

I recommend Your Shape: Fitness Evolved 2012 to those who just want something quick at home. Or those who can't see themselves air-punching or dancing in a group class. It's great for a quick morning burn, beating the cold winter months, or a gym trip that is too far away or expensive to be motivating. There's a solid fitness experience here and you'll see results. I would have liked to see more virtual games and variety. In a bit of reverse irony, it's something that has a place in gyms of the future. This virtual, block-breaking environment is the kind of activity that has the most potential. The standard training is great, but it's not new and it's not doing much more than watching instructional videos would. The product shines most when it combines a virtual distractions with true, calorie-burning benefits.Automated Ad: I will comment on popular blogs for $10
