Thread: Killzone 3, kicked and banned.... again

It is starting to get old. I'm not cheating, I'm not cussing (I don't even have a mic), I'm not doing anything wrong except playing Killzone 3... Maybe too well? I just got like 4 headshots in a row then BAM

magically I was "kicked and banned" even though I did it all using my PS3 controller, not bots or no cheating at all. I can't stand it anymore and I refuse to play the damn game until they fix this. It is bs, I can't play because I get kicked and banned. WHY?

1) Go to your playstation XMB.
2) Choose Internet Connection
3) Deactivate the MEDIA SERVER
4) Now Try the Game again, sometimes by deactivating the MEDIA SERVER, the game MIGHT work FINE. If not follow Continue reading.

5) Go to your Wireless Router.
6) Your address should be something Like 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.0.2
7) Now try to find the option ADVANCED SETTINGS
8) Under Advanced Settings Choose FIREWALL SETTINGS
9) You should see an Option called DMZ check it.
10) Next to it enter the IP of your PS3 ex: my IP is 192.168.0.192
11) Save and Quite the Router.
12) The router might restart it is normal.
13) Go to your PS3 and Press the button power and HOLD IT as long as you haven't heard 3 BIP.
14) The PS3 will turn off.
15) Now press the Button power and HOLD IT again as long as you haven't heard 2 fast BIP.
16) The screen Should be Black and asking you to press CONNECT a PS3 controller.
17) You'll have different options to select from, choose the Number 4.
18) It will scan your whole machine to find errors.
19) After the SCAN, the ps3 will restart.
20) Try Killzone 3 Again and It should work FINE.

I got suspended from PSN playing Killzone 3 with the error code 8002A231. I called the support and the reason for my suspension was because I was using "foul language". I don't even have a mic!

This is old man. They fixed this problem with one of the KZ3 updates.
