Thread: Hitman Profession?

Okay, to make this clear. For all I know this is not a new game by Square Enix.

Square Enix has recently filed a trademark for Hitman: Profession in Europe, so I don't really know what's happening. Maybe new DLC, Movie, Comic, etc. But imo I don't think it's game because Absolution is still in production.

Is anyone else other then me tired of hitman games? I feel like they release one every year at this point.....I haven't enjoyed a hitman game since the 2nd game......that could just be me though.

How come you have that opinion? Only if you were frozen in 2006. and returned to life yesterday. The last Hitman was introduced almost 6 years ago.

first hitman in 2000, second in 2002 third is intorduced in 2004, blood money 2006, and absolution maybe 2012.

As a fan of the Hitman games, I'm glad to hear any news about them. Although it's only a copyright registration, it could mean anything. I didn't really like the movie, so I'm hoping it's not another film based on the series to be honest. Maybe they're planning well in advance for the next game? Or it could be an expansion/dlc for absolution. Let the speculation begin.

The movie wasn't so bad, I just think the actor wasn't suitable for the role.

I always imagined Statham as the Codname 47, even before the movie was announced. I don't know, Oliphant has a bit of that "good guy" face, don't you agree?
