cpu: i7 930 - I keep it at 3.8ghz for 24/7 use, it seemed a nice compromise with speed, great temps and low volts
mobo: Asus P6T Deluxe v2
ram: 6gb ripjaws (triple channel 3x2gb 7-8-7-24)
gpu: 6970 2GB only slightly overclocked (i don't have extra cooling atm for this card, i just got rid of a 5970 who's ram died )

plan to get a sdd one of these days, i keep putting it off and watching prices fall and speeds rise.
