Thread: What is a real gamer?

What is a real gamer? a casual gamer? Someone who plays games most of the time? What is the definition of a gamer?

A gamer can be anyone that plays games basically there is not really a specific requirement to have the title since he refers to anyone that plays a game.

A real gamer is someone that plays games often! Enjoys talking about them and playing them with friends.

That can be summed up to most of the population these days since even adults and seniors are playing games since the Wii came out.

For me a REAL gamer is someone who buys all the best games around and does not stop playing them till they finish them, of course a headset and a good gaming rig are mandatory.

I just put the label of gamer on anybody that has been playing games for a few years usually since that is the easiest way for me. Of course there are different types of gamers to me since I do include the elderly now as well they are mainly gamers who play for fitness.

I was just playing with a friend last night. He was talking about how when he got a good game like we were playing (Dantes Inferno) he couldn't stop playing until he completed it.

I know how that play until completion state goes since i did that not that long ago when Final Fantasy 13 came out I believe I was up for over 48 hours probably until I passed out lolz

o_O you were up for 48 hours? lol, holy hell!

That was short compared to when I was younger and got addicted to games a lot quicker since my taste in games was just about non existent and I loved any game I got.
