Thread: Favorite Game Developer

Hi guys, now that we already discussed about how game developers being lost in their imagination to make NEW games today I also want to start a discussion about what Game Developer you like the most?

We know that though game developers are focusing more to make series of their previous games and remaking the old ones they are also made the gaming industry moved to the next level. Without them games today are to be impossible.

Share your thoughts about your favorite game developers and what should they need to maintain their games on the top!

In my opinion, the best developers out there would have to be Square Enix.
They never cease to amaze us and have never released a bad game. The company has been running for a long time and are the producers of such blockbuster games like Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts and The World Ends With You. They have released their games on many different platforms from Xbox 360 to the Nintendo DS and the Playstation 2. This is great for me as I have a variety of consoles rather than sticking to just one company or line of production. No matter what game, there has (in my opinion) never been a failure throughout all their games. The World Ends With You started as a minor project but became a best selling game because it was so good. Even though it was only a side project they were doing partly for fun.

@Premonition, I agree with you I go with Square Enix too! They are the one who gave RPG moved to the next level of role play gaming in the gaming industry. Square Enix (formerly known as SquareSoft) really made a lot of great RPG like FF series and other popular titles. I really can't imagine RPG without them

RockStar North and Blizzard are one of the most successful developers in the world of video gaming, and they are my favorite ones because the games that i like a lot are developed by them which are GTA and Star Craft.

Eidos, Square Enix, EA, Activision, BioWare, Konami, Atari, Capcom, Rockstar etc.

My favorite game developer is BLIZZARD because they put thought in they'r games and not releasing it year after year after year with some updates and saying it's a new game.

I like EPIC. I like Gears of War but I loved what they did with Bulletstorm. The way you could shoot a guy in the leg, arm, balls, head, or anywhere on the body for different damage and effects is amazing! They should add this to a multiplayer.

Epic is cool. Don't hate me but i am partial to Jagex, cause they made Runescape. No one likes Runescape but me. What can i say.
