Thread: Favorite Final Fantasy character

There's only ever been one good final fantasy character.

Sephiroth.

He's unique and badass and doesn't have any of the dumber traits I find that most Final Fantasy characters have which keeps me away from the series in general.

I have to agree with Omar. Sephiroth is such an awesome character! He's the only one I don't find to be annoying at all.

Freya From FFIX. Dragon Knights of any form are awesome freya's spear skils are unmatched.

I didn't like Aerith as a character and while it sucks that she dies, it's hardly a reason for why sephiroth isn't a great character.

I haven't played much final fantasy games but i'd have to say lightning haha. Mainly because i bought a cosplay outfit of her this year and since it was my first cosplay oh well. But i like her personality and hair.

I agree with you, Sephiroth powers to me had no match.

Sephiroth is a great villain (maybe one of the best characterization of villain in any game), and the scene with Aerith's death was more "ohmygod1!1! that waz unexpected" than depressing for me.

FF VII generally had the best characters and is the best game in the series for me. My favorite is Vincent Valentine, tho. Since I was a pretty young boy playing it on my PS1 in late 90s.
