Thread: Cheats and Tips

Where do you get your cheats and tips from? Is there anyone out there who still gets them from magazines? Do you go out and buy the walkthrough guides? Or do you have a favorite web site to get cheats and such from?

I don't have a site and I don't use cheats but I do search for walkthroughs and wherever I end up is where I go. Usually IGN or Youtube.

The first place for me to find informations about games is gamefaqs.com, usually I can find ton of cheat and guides in this site.

im not into cheats if i wasn the developer. i must developed it by myself to start using it. it is not from other.☺ create your own cheats buddy.

It is the same for me. I don't really like cheating on games. But guides is very different. It just help you and you still need skill to complete the game. Guides will help you to complete some games easily.

As you say, Youtube has videos of all the walk throughs you could possibly want for a game. Many times they are helpful. Sometimes, the gamer will include tips gained from personal game play experience that make the game even easier.

I like to obtain walkthroughs from a website called guides.gamepressure.com. Their guides are really good and have reference images. They make passing any level on a game easier. If any guide is unavailable on their site, I go for Gamespot.

Do they have Runescape guides? I saw a link for old mmo guides but none for runescape.

You can try GameFAQs. They always have great walkthroughs.

When I was young and enjoyed cheats I went to cheatcc.com. I think they still update cheats for every game (PC or console).
