What do you do when you are having a bad day?
I like to talk to my friends on the phone, online, in game. Just talking helps. But not really talking about the stuff that is wrong, just so much as talking about anything else. Wallowing in self pity rarely makes me feel good.
What do you do when you are having a bad day?

Maybe that's the best way then at least your bad day doesn't rub off on someone else. Glad you have the strength to bear the burden alone. I don't. And, most people i know, emote their bad day all over me, so it becomes my bad day. At least you don't do that. So long as you have a way to process what you're going through, i guess it's OK. Hopefully you do.

I like to listen to music or play video games. I also will surf the net or watch videos on youtube.

I just do things that make me feel better. Usually I listen to music, play games, write something, and I sometimes even go for a walk, all by myself. I like to call my girlfriend over, that can really turn a day (night) around.
