Just recently i added a headset to my gaming experience so that i can talk to my gaming partner while we are in Runescape. And, suddenly he's interested in playing the game with me again.
Yeah, people may not realize it but you can actually feel the socializing element more in online games because you can gain new friends compared to the old school multi-player in consoles where you are just limited to playing with your usual group of friends.

Why would you need a camcorder when you can always use your webcam to record videos. >:-)

Use screen capture software with audio and then you can actually record the game you are playing assuming it's on your computer. Of course, if it's on console not sure how that would work. LOL!

MMO is really good for meeting all kinds of new friends that you would never have known otherwise. One of the best things i love about it. Hope to meet more people this way and add them to my friend circle.

If you were to show someone back in the nineties one of the modern games, it would blow their minds for sure.

And, they have! Much better. Sometimes you can even get higher quality graphics on an MMO, just like you would a video game. New technology makes all things possible.

For sure, try a webcam. That's a good idea. I have a cheap webcam that i picked up off Amazon. It works fine for these types of situations.

I wonder if when can we explore a multiplayer game wherein we get to experience being inside the game itself.
Like, you personally hold the gun or sword or something like that.

Sometime back, i heard about the possibility of this happening, but it required some kind of helmet to create an immersive game play experience for the player so that it was like really being in the game. Not sure if they went anywhere with the idea.

From your description, it's kinda like a scenario in a science fiction movie I saw a couple of months back. How I loved to have a game like that.

Most science fiction is based on a futuristic science tech concept, only the writer forecasts the technology way out into the fantastical, even beyond believable. At some point, real technology catches up and some inventor realizes the fantastical is a possibility and then we get new tech to actually use. So sci-fi and sci-tech walk hand in hand in this way.

Haha. That kind of game console is quite near since there's already a DVD or video shades. It's just a normal shades but when you set up your DVD into it, you can watch movies!

I'm very interested in that idea, actually. On a sci-fi/tech forum that i post on, they are already posting articles that predict integrated internet technology in the human brain as downloads would be many thousand times faster than current methods.
