To have some manner doesn't mean you are old fashioned. There are some things which can say a lot about a man who does them. Even the door thing is a well-raised sign and shows that you can be respectful and a gentleman.

I'm not old fashioned per say. But i do like a guy who can take charge and actually be THE MAN and shoulder the burden of the big decisions in life. Why is it all on the woman now? I don't get that.
Just don't like wimps.
