Thread: Do you consider yourself old fashioned?

Just wondering with the world we live in now does anyone on here consider them to be old fashioned? Why or why not?

For some things I do, others I don't. I like to open doors for women, let them go first, etc.

I do these things too, but I consider them a form of respect for women....from other points of view, I can't say I'm old fashioned.

No. Never. I always go with the trend. But yes in a decent way.

I don't follow trends but if I had to choose one or the other I'm more old fashioned.

Well yes. in a lot of ways I'd call myself conservative. But please do not mistake that to be 'stone age' - on the other side of the coin on a lot of issues people would call me a liberal.
I guess I could be a bit of an enigma in this way, and a bit hard to explain/comprehend. I mean, I know where I'm at, but when it comes to explaining myself (which, I don't even really like to do at the best of times) I have no idea how to.

I definitely am.
I'm a really traditional, so it's kind of rare within my group of friends. I believe when your man wants something, you do it. End of. My boy does this and I do whatever he asks, I know my place.
Others would obviously agree, but I'll always dismiss that feminist, burn your bra's independance thing.
Patriarchy is the way forward :P Men go out and work, and women are their little housewifes and mothers to their children.
It's perfection in my opinion.

I do not believe that a woman should do what a man says. I have my own thoughts and opinions and I refuse to let a man tell me what I can and can not do.
