I've heard good things about Bleach too but never seen it. Does anyone have a story line summary, perhaps some character details that could help me get into the show?

My favorite cartoons were -
Swat Kats, Centurions, Flintstones, The Mask, Johnny Quest. I don't think they air any of these any more.
