CityVille Level 60 review

Unlike SimTower where the cathedral at level 100 is the final achievement, Cityville extends to a point where it's actually somewhat pointless to go any further. There is no peace from the ads and the requests to buy things and leverage contacts.

A very thorough review a game that seems designed for extractinng as much cash out of the player as they can. I never liked Facebook games because they involve getting so many other people into your game in order to be successful.

Well most games on facebook are made to make profit and bring as much cash as possible out of the players. The game Cityville, is one game that I would agree with the OP with. There is pretty much no reason to play till the end. I reached level 70 in farmville and there really is no reason to play anymore. It's just how most games are on facebook.

I never found a reason to play Cityville in the first place. I mean, what is the main purpose of the game?
