Thread: Crysis 2 lag?

Anyone else seeing a lot of lag in Crysis 2 online multiplayer?

Well sometimes it laggs, yes.
But not that much lagg that it is unplayable. Awesome game.

Not quite true. The game suffers from both lag as well as latency - that is there are problems with people's own connections, but there are also problems at Crytek regarding how gamers are paired. At times (far too often for my liking), lag and latency renders an otherwise amazing game miserably frustrating. However, if you can host and live in a relatively dense population with many local connections, you're in for a treat.

i guess yeah it laggs, but only when theres alot of explosions and shooting going on.

There's a warning written on the game box ~ Warning: Not appropriate for weak PCs.

I experience lag with Crysis multiplayer sometimes, but I always assume it is because of my internet connection? Are there really some issues about Crytek?
