Thread: PS3 vs. XBox 360 Controller

Which controller do you like better, the PS3 or the Xbox 360?

I think the PS3 controller is better put together, better electronics and I prefer being able to recharge it.

I also think the XBox 360 controller is beefier and fits better in my hand.

Your thoughts?

I prefer the PS3 dual shock controller myself. As mkl said, I like having the ability to charge the controller by default and i like the look and feel. I t also feels a lot better better in my hands and feels more intuitive than the 360 controller.

I think I 'll have to go with the PS3 controller. It's more comfortable for me over long periods of game play.
It's also a lot easier use in first shooter games.

i like the positions of the triggers on the xbox controller but other than that i like the ps3 controller because it is better for fighting games with the d-pad being there.

PlayStation is the best!

I like Xbox's controller better. Sony's controller seems light and cheap, that it could be made for 75 cents. Xbox is more heavy. Although I have to admit, the PS3 sensor that lets you look up and down on Little Big Planet is cool.

75 cents?
Its a controller with Six-Axis implication.
It is a lot better engineered then the xbox360 controller.
The xbox controller analog sticks are placed horribly, one is a lot higher then the other and i find my hands slipping off and horribly painful playing long sessions.

Xbox 360 controller it feels better in your hand, its bigger and therefore not meant for squeakers. I also prefer the layout of it and feel of the buttons

To be honest, I never got to help an xBox controller but in my opinion, Sony's controllers fits my hand more...

I cant see the problem with. So I just feel its better.
