I believe you get bonuses in the rent collections the Valentine bonus decorations are placed around. But I need more room and an expansion costs me $130K right now.

I may have to check that out. I want to build the blue condos and have so much farther to go moneywise. I just visited every Cityville neighbor and don't even have half.

well that is for the bonus you might earn and some collectibles are not usually evolve for sale on the game. just try it. still this might get you confused.
