Call Of Duty Elite In Details

Call of Duty Elite? What is that mate? Well, on Call of Duty XP, Activision CEO Eric Hirshberg talked about it.
Okay, CoD Elite is subscription service for great CoD fans which will be priced, and the price is 49.99$ per year.
What is Elite offering to us? Well, you will have access to all of MW3's downloadable content for free, yeah that's right. Also, if you don't renew your Elite membership, you can keep that content.
That is not all guys. Elite subscribers get up to eight times as much storage for video replays as free users and can also level up their clans by competing in exclusive tournaments to win real-world prizes ranging from jeeps to iPads to badges to trophies. Good news is that, if you are not really good at CoD there will be tournaments for players with low skills too.
Elite members will also get exclusive access to episodic content through Elite TV. Hirshberg mentioned that two programs for the service are being worked on: the first is called Noob Tube, the creation of Jason Bateman’s and Will Arnett’s production company DumbDumb. The show will be all about Batman and Arnett commentating over fan-made videos in a comedic fashion. The second program is called Friday Night Fight and is being worked on by Ridley and Tony Scott. The show pits two opposing groups (take Fox News and gamers as a hypothetical example) against each other in a multiplayer match on Modern Warfare 3.
Does Call of Duty Elite offer enough for the money? Do you plan on subscribing to it?

If i had the right equipment, i think i would do this. What appeals to me most are the low level and high level tournaments. There will always be noobs in the game. Good to know they can enjoy the tournament competition too. Would be interested in checking this out when it goes live.
