All of the Call of Duty games for console have that bit of aim assist.
It's not exactly noticeable, definitely nothing like an aimbot, but it's still there.
I'm pretty sure the aim assist is only not available on the PC games.

Yes, almost all shooters have aim assist. That was the reason why people thought quickscoping was cheap in MW2 because you could just aim and then fire and hit your opponent. Next time you are playing, just aim at someone and walk very slowly and you will notice that you will stay aiming at your target.
